Comprehensive Aircraft Master
The ProMRO comprehensive Aircraft Master is designed to capture all the information you need for the aircraft including specific information unique to your business. Standard fields such as the Owner, Pilot, and Fixed-Based Operator are easily associated with the aircraft. A single aircraft can have multiple owners with assigned ownership percentage.
You can establish the Aircraft Profiles which includes information such as power plant, propeller, operating times, warranty dates, avionics, exterior, interior, landing gear, and additional equipment. In addition, ProMRO allows you to search these for a specific combination of features.
Track full equipment history including quotes, even the quotes you lost, and every repair, part and even tool that was used in your work orders.
Import Task Cards
Create your own with our easy to use Service Profiles or import from your customer and avoid costly errors. Use Service Profiles and Packages to keep quotes and work order creation fast and easy.
Built in CRM
ProMRO has built in Customer Relationship Management providing you with the tools to market to new prospects, and track opportunities for new business. Quotes are tracked until a decision is made which helps you see why the job was won or lost. Upon a win, a job to repair the aircraft is automatically created using the scope of the original quote. Win/Loss performance is clearly displayed on user friendly dashboards.
Case Management will provide you with the ability to capture and follow up customer requests such as product questions, and warranty issues. Each case is clearly assigned and maintains emails, phone calls, and additional documentation to help resolve the case.
Whether you have a single warehouse or multiple warehouses the ProMRO inventory module is up for the task. There is full serial/lot controlled coupled with date aging and revision control helping you to avoid being left with obsolete inventory. Each item down to the lot/serial level can capture notes allowing you to detail conditions with text and photos for overhauled, as-is, and repaired parts.
Improve the efficiency of your warehouse operation with either basic or advanced warehouse capabilities. Basic warehousing will give you an efficient pick/pack and ship capabilities that is integrated with a shipping system to give your business a professional advantage. The Advanced Warehouse capabilities adds efficiency by introducing automated data collection, wave, and batch picking.
If selling parts is your business, then ProMRO is for you. Powerful search tools coupled with extensive pricing tables allows you to find the right part. It automatically prices it correctly the first time. Easily send out quotes and upon acceptance a single click will convert it to an order.
ProMRO also automatically ties the make and model of the aircraft to the available parts for sale. Simple searches allow you to find parts by description or major areas of the aircraft. Parts that are sold with cores can either have a core charge automatically applied or the inbound core tracked for you to allow for core returns. Items searched are conveniently displayed with available part conditions, related quantities, and their warehouse locations.
You select which aircraft data to automatically load into the ProMRO. This allows you to have a database of aircraft, owners and FBO’s that you market to using the built in CRM module of ProMRO.
The ProMRO PartsBase integration is the perfect helper to get you through the inventory ebbs and flows. Whether you need a part not in your stock or you have excess inventory you want to unload, we can automatically reach out to PartsBase with your request.
Kits & Assemblies
As we understand that this is an important part of what you may sell, we have two great tools to manage your kits and assemblies. You’ll find many great features to help you control required and optional components helping you prevent costly mis-shipments. Why rely on tribal knowledge when a system can help you efficiently structure your kits to be properly fulfilled every time.
You have easy access to the maintenance history for every aircraft. Maintenance done by your shop is automatically logged and visible. Our Aircraft eLog Notes portal allows you to provide access to your customers to update their aircraft log books when their aircraft is serviced by other FBOs. You will have peace of mind that a fire or natural event will not destroy logbooks in your care. The mobile elog Book app allows your customer to update the book from a mobile device.
The eLog Book can be printed and/or emailed. Powerful filtering capabilities allow you to search on key fields when hunting for a specific log entry.
A manufacturing module can be added, opening the doors for the repair shop that also manufactures product.
