Begin with a quote. With ProMRO, you start with a quote – this will create visibility of your interactions with prospects, so your pipeline is visible.
Easy to use templates. This enables you to quickly quote new work, with tracking revisions to minimize any confusion regarding the approved scope.
Scope of work. The approved quote becomes the basis for the shop work orders to clearly show the scope of work. Additions are easily quoted, amended and tracked to the job.
Support Documentation. Photos, videos and other documentation can be added to help support the proposed scope of work.
Closely monitor jobs. Easily monitor all active jobs and identify problems before they become a drain on your business. Problems caught early are easier to correct and will improve your profitability.

- Combine items into sensible categories so customer support can easily find parts and related parts by viewing what is available in a specific category.
- Leverage the power of an inventory search mechanism to find the parts that you need quickly and readily.
- Place purchase orders or issue stock directly from a project.
Customer Equipment Tracking
- Ability to track Customer Equipment and any estimates and work done on the specific equipment.
- This great feature from the Project module is also available when using Opportunities so you can review budgets and make changes on the fly.
Project Adder Functionality (Change Orders)
- Additional out of scope work can be easily estimated and then added to a project already in progress by utilizing the Adder functionality.
- Optional – CRM for sales and marketing is an optional module.
- Work with prospects and customers to create an estimate using Service Profiles or Quick Item Search functionality right from the Opportunities page.
- View revenue and cost budgets to make changes on the fly and ensure profitability and margins.
- When the estimate is won convert to a project using standard Acumatica Project functionality. All information, items, services, and notes entered on the original estimate are retained and transferred over to the project.
