Michael Conti is Managing Director at Clients First Business Solutions, bringing over 40 years of experience leading and delivering ERP initiatives for complex mid market manufacturers and job shop environments. He has guided organizations ranging from single-site operations to multinational enterprises through ERP transformations that improve financial visibility, operational control, and long-term scalability.
With a background in accounting, auditing, and management information systems, Michael brings a disciplined, governance focused approach to ERP strategy and execution. He works closely with executive leadership to align ERP initiatives with business objectives, control implementation risk, and ensure systems deliver measurable value well beyond go-live.
Michael maintains direct executive oversight of ERP sales, implementation, and support delivery, and serves as a senior escalation point for clients throughout the ERP lifecycle. His involvement ensures accountability, timely decision-making, and rapid resolution when complexity or risk arises during implementation or post-go-live operations.
He leads teams responsible for Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management with a focus on delivering sustainable ERP solutions that support growth, compliance, and operational efficiency while minimizing disruption to the client’s business.
Known for his forward-looking perspective, Michael remains actively engaged in emerging ERP technologies and industry trends to ensure clients benefit from modern, scalable platforms that evolve with their organizations.
Michael holds a degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Dallas.
Mark Skinner, Director of Services
Mark Skinner is Director of Services at Clients First Business Solutions, responsible for overseeing ERP delivery quality, technical execution, and client-facing services across complex ERP environments. With more than 20 years at CFBS, Mark brings deep institutional knowledge and hands-on ERP expertise to ensure implementations are executed with discipline, consistency, and long-term reliability.
Mark has extensive experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / AX and Acumatica, and leads service teams supporting Manufacturing, MRO, Aviation, and project-driven organizations. His background enables him to bridge operational requirements with technical execution, ensuring ERP solutions are designed to support real-world business processes without introducing unnecessary risk or complexity.
As Director of Services, Mark is accountable for delivery standards, solution architecture, and technical oversight throughout the ERP lifecycle. He plays a critical role in ensuring customizations, integrations, and extensions—particularly in areas such as job costing, production modification, serialization, and project-based workflows—remain scalable, supportable, and aligned with best practices.
Mark has led the development of proprietary tools and extensions used in MRO and manufacturing environments, supporting traceability, compliance, and operational visibility in regulated and asset-intensive operations. His leadership helps ensure ERP systems deliver consistent performance, support growth, and remain upgrade-ready over time.
Mark holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.
Michael Barnes, Practice Manager, Acumatica
Michael Barnes is Practice Manager for Acumatica at Clients First Business Solutions, responsible for the leadership, delivery oversight, and ongoing success of the firm’s Acumatica ERP practice. He works closely with executive teams to ensure Acumatica solutions are aligned with operational objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term business performance.
Michael brings extensive experience guiding organizations through ERP-driven transformation, with a strong focus on workflow optimization, compliance, financial control, and operational efficiency. In his role, he provides governance across Acumatica implementations, helping clients reduce delivery risk while ensuring systems are designed to scale and adapt as business needs evolve.
Prior to joining CFBS, Michael worked as an ERP consultant and business leader, where he led initiatives that improved cash flow management, resource utilization, infrastructure planning, training effectiveness, and organizational performance. His ability to translate business objectives into practical ERP execution is central to his role as Acumatica Practice Manager.
Michael also brings executive leadership experience from his 19-year tenure as President of Peak Robotics Inc., where he delivered automation and engineered solutions for highly regulated environments including the Department of Defense, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. This background is the basis of his disciplined approach to ERP governance, compliance, and risk management.
As Practice Manager, Michael is accountable for ensuring Acumatica implementations at CFBS deliver consistent quality, operational transparency, and measurable business value throughout the ERP lifecycle.
Ramona Morrison, Practice Manager, Dynamics 365
Ramona Morrison is Practice Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 at Clients First Business Solutions, responsible for the leadership, delivery governance, and overall success of the firm’s Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management practice.
With more than 20 years of experience across distribution, discrete manufacturing, and retail, Ramona brings a strong operational and executive perspective to ERP delivery. She combines deep ERP project leadership with real-world business experience to ensure Dynamics 365 implementations are aligned with operational goals, delivered with discipline, and adopted successfully across the organization.
Ramona has over 11 years of ERP consulting and project leadership experience at CFBS, supported by 12+ years as an ERP end user. This dual perspective enables her to anticipate business and change-management challenges, manage delivery risk, and guide clients through ERP initiatives that improve visibility, control, and efficiency while minimizing disruption.
Prior to joining CFBS, Ramona served as Vice President of Operations for a multi-location distribution organization and held executive management and board-level roles within a multi-location retail and discrete manufacturing company. This background forms her structured approach to ERP governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution accountability.
As Practice Manager, Ramona is accountable for delivery quality, project execution, and client success across the Dynamics 365 platform, working closely with CFBS leadership to ensure ERP initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with both operational and financial objectives.
Max Hammond, Practice Manager, Integrations/ISVs
Max Hammond is Practice Manager for Integrations and ISVs at Clients First Business Solutions, responsible for the strategy, governance, and execution of ERP integrations across client environments. With more than 25 years of experience improving business processes across finance, operations, logistics, retail, and construction, Max leads functional and technical teams that ensure third-party and custom applications integrate reliably and securely with core ERP systems.
In his role, Max is accountable for designing integration architectures that protect ERP data integrity, support upgradeability, and reduce long-term technical risk. He works closely with client executive and IT leadership to align integration strategy with business objectives, ensuring integrations enhance ERP value rather than introduce fragility or complexity.
