This portion Dynamics AX 2012 R3 tutorial demonstration will start by showing users how to set up the printing of serial numbers. It will also demonstrate how to set up tracking of serial numbers in the sales process. Last, it will cover how to complete the delivery of sales orders with serialized items. Part II will cover customer pick up of sales orders with serialized items, and the partial delivery and invoicing of sales orders with serialized items.
